are nursing pillows any helpful?

Lol I just read the nursing part haha! sorry. I used a nursing pillow with my last 2 and it was so nice! a lot less stress on your arms.

I bought this one and I love it! I can lay on my tummy and it even has a place for sore breasts! lol

They are. Even if you don't use them to nurse my daughter slept on hers until she was 4

I wasn't sure either so I haven't bought one yet
