A mother state is for the mother, in a mother state it's very very hard to prove a mother is unfit etc, etc. sounds alot like what Florida is doing 😮

😐😐 that makes me mad especially with him learning to walk of course they fall!!! But he was right about one thing no, a kid that was abused would not run to the person who abused them.... not even at that young of an age they know well enough to think he this person hurt me I don't want him. I hope it all passes that's ridiculous and shouldn't even be questioned DCF needs to focus on those that are actually abusing their children. This is the second case ive heard of with them messing with people that do nothing wrong and care

thank you girl he cried telling me about it and then told me if they really think that then why would he run up to me wanting me to hold him in the waiting room and then fall asleep on my chest kids that age would be scared and run somewhere else not to him dcf in Florida is crazy dude like he was still learning how to walk! his dad has cameras around the house and outside the house and he even told them they could check the footage to see if he did anything to him it's so sad girl @hermommy

@mommy.to.be.041016 shes crazy, kids fall😒 that's a part of learning and life. If Dcf really believed that then they're foolish as well. Your husband sounds level headed its her that has the issues, hospitals know kids fall and get hurt so she would've had to say she knows it was him. I feel for yall girl, I've net women like that who lie and try to get others in trouble for their own benefit. If she keeps up involved the police they'll handle it for sure dads that are dads don't deserve that!

well there's a situation behind all this basically his son fell on his butt outside and busted his butt on a brick making it leave a linear bruise and at the time in Florida his babymomma was freaking out and wanted to take him to the hospital which I don't blame her but when they took him they tried saying my husband beat his child but yet there was no hand print so dcf got involved he had to go to court and everything that's another reason why they split up but I don't believe it for a second cause my son cries a lot and I haven't seen him lose control on him in fact if anything I'm the one that goes crazy and even on meds for it so I don't believe it for a second and now she's out wanting child support it's such a long story but I know in fact my husband did what he had to do and he would never hurt a child he even has little sisters that awkwardly use to call him dad but that's cause he was the only male around them @hermommy I swear she doesn't quit I'm actually thinking about talking to a police officer about it

women like that make me sick. I'd let the cops know she could get in MAJOR trouble for that, she can't put stimulation like that on him either. Have y'all thought about maybe trying for custody😩 or Like joint

exactly it's cause he's with me now but she left him and is jealous little... nvm I could go on about her Lol and I know girl her mom was the same way with her Dad and it got so bad he had to move out of the state and sign his rights over too because their nothing but little gold diggers over there she said he can only come if I'm not with him which he Wont do I told him it's okay and he refuses but when he tried to go one time she wouldnt return his phone call, changed her number, and now calls off a blocked number she's beyond petty ! @hermommy

@mommy.to.be.041016 she doesn't let him see his son? Girl that's illegal especially with him paying child support behind or not. She's being overly petty from what it looks like. She shouldn't want her son to not have a daddy, that's just crazy especially with him tryinf

oh wow cause she's constantly asking him if he wants to sign his rights over and change his sons name cause my husband his other son and my husbands dad share the same name and my husband said no about the name changing and she don't let him see his son ever and he's like 900 dollars in the hole as of right now but he has been making payments like he's suppose to @hermommy

no in Alabama if he signs his rights over he doesn't have to pay child support the kid is considered not his at all. UNLESS the judge thinks he's just trying not to pay and the judge can make it to where he has no rights and has to pay

in Delaware he wouldn't have to still pay . the rule here is you don't have to pay if you have no rights
