I felt mine outside at 17 weeks, I got lucky being able to feel it so early
25+! I have an anterior placenta. Sucks but oh well lol. I feel him now more than ever at 38 weeks though, ooooh he just punches everything, I can feel him in my pelvic bones.. But maybe you can try drinking ice cold water or juice to wake baby up and lay down and have your SO feel the tummy, you guys might get a reaction that way! :)

I felt mine outside at maybe 23 weeks . She didn't really start moving around a lot till I was 26 weeks . she just doesn't kick around much she only moves around to get comfy lol
