Ok so with me being a first time mom no one really explained cradle cap to me. My sons cradle cap is really thick and hard on the top of his head, so what I did was put petroleum jelly all over his head after his bath and put a hat on him. This is the result of the next day when I combed through his hair. It came out with no problem at all.

cradle cap is normal. he's fine, I would describe it as eczema on the scalp. @adrien5.29

My daughters cradle cap appeared overnight when she was about 3 months old. It would fall off but bring clumps of her hair and some skin with it :/ Doctor said it was just cradle cap..

@jellybeanmommy_2016, Oh okay thanks my son never got this so I was clueless to this although he did shead alott on his face....
