My OB gave me a referral to an Orthopedist. He was great. It was quick and he used cold lidocaine to numb the area and went slow. My hands were really really sore for a few days then it was great. ☺️ hope that helps

Yep. Went and got injections into my wrists a couple of weeks ago for it. Sooooo much better now
