Does anyone have any helpful tips as to how to conceive faster or get my body back to normal as far as cycles go?

It's an encapsulated herb I think. You can buy it at health food stores and places like that.

You can try Vitex, which is supposed to help regulate cycles. I haven't tried it, but that's what I'm told.
