Using a timing app is great because it also helps you determine the duration of the contraction. You have a contraction at 12 and it stops at 12:01 then another contraction starts at 12:03 that means your contractions are 3 minutes apart and 1 minute long
you just press the button when it starts and press it again when it ends. then it will times how long between each contraction as well automatically. it helped me alot!
download the app contraction counter or something like that. that's what I used
From the start of one to the start of the next. So if you have one at 12 am and another starts at 12:03 am then they are 3 minutes apart
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
most doctors say 5-1-1
5 minutes apart, 1 minute long and happening for 1 hr is usually real labor.
