It's super long but wanted to share my amazing birth story! Which was 100% natural!! Here goes nothing. Zack is my fiance and my baby girl Hazels daddy btw! And I was 38 weeks and 3 days when I went into labor and 38 weeks and 4 days when I had her. 😀

Well my contractions started at 3 am May 14th. They were so strong they kept waking me up every thirty mins. Finally at 6:30am I stayed up. They were ten mins apart all day until around noon then they became three mins apart for almost an hour. Zack came home and we were ready to go to the hospital. But then they spaced back out to five then ten mins. We went on a walk up and down the road and then they were still about seven mins apart so I took a bath to help with the pain. I tried to take a nap but couldn't because they were still so strong. Around 6:30 pm they started to be five mins apart again. By 8:00 pm they were two to three mins apart so around 8:15pm we headed to the hospital. When I got to the hospital at 9:00pm they asked when I was last checked for dilation I said Thursday and she asked how much I was then and I told her I was only a finger tip. So she said she'd check me but wasn't sure if I would have changed much. I was 4 and a 1/2 centimeters! I called my sister and she said to call her back when I was closer she only lives 10 mins away. They waited two hours and checked me again. At eleven I was almost 7 centimeters! My sister wouldn't answer her phone and I was freaking out! She finally answered and was on her way. By the time her and Zack's mom showed up I was 9 centimeters not even an hour later. By that time my contractions were so intense I was literally singing/humming through them. I sounded ridiculous but I didn't care. My doctor was on his way and by this point I kept saying I needed to push but they kept telling me I couldn't because my water still hasn't broke and my doctor had to break it once he got there and then I could start pushing. He showed up a little after midnight. He got everything set up and by this point I was so hot I took off my gown. I was butt naked and didn't give a shit. I kept yelling I need to push. Haha. Finally he told me to push and broke my water it looked crazy haha. He told me I was in control and could push whenever I wanted. At first I was breathing wrong because you're supposed to take a deep breathe, push while holding your breath, and then relax and exhale. Once I got that down it went pretty fast. Besides the fact I kept pushing too long and losing track of my breathing. I had a point where I said I can't do this. And everyone was like yes you can her head is right there! And I got to reach down and touch her head. Within 15mins of pushing about 12 pushes her head was out. And he just pulled the rest of her right out and put her straight on my chest(: she was crying so was Zack, my sister and I. They cleaned her and me up and she just got to lay on me for a good 15mins before they even put a diaper on her. Then my dad and sister got to come in after I got dressed and meet her! I only tore a little bit and didn't even have to get stitches. I'm so glad I did it naturally because minus my vagina being sore, and my hemriods being sore I felt amazing. She was 5lbs 13oz and 19 and 1/2 in. And about 32cm head circumference. (I forgot to ask😕) It was such a surreal experience and I'd do it a million times over if I had too.
