agree 100% if you're posting about the whole pregnancy then it doesn't make much sense to me to try to be discrete once baby is born.

Oh I get it haha I didn't take it that way at all, that's just my situation and I hate it cause I really wanna share pics for people that would like to see them and not repost them or something like that. I don't have a Facebook or anything so Twitter and this app are the only social medias I keep up with. Sucks to not be able to post pics of him because I'm worried about his pics being stolen 😒😒 smh

I share pics of my baby on here but not on Twitter ONLY because there are family members that my bf and i no longer speak to that literally STALK us on social media like making profiles with fake names n shit and I have a feeling they will take the pics and repost them like "my grand baby!!" When they're not part of his life. But I post a shit ton on here!

There's 4 pics of my son on Facebook. I shared him more here at Preggie because these girls went thru pregnancy with me. I don't do FB much, I just post a pic each month there so distant fam and friends could see him. But I didn't drag them thru 9 months of symptoms either 😂😂😂

I'm with you on that. I'm not posting pictures of my baby right away either, but it's a girl I went to school with and 2 weeks have passed but she has yet to post pictures. I just think that's really absurd. Especially because she's been posting about her pregnancy since she was 9 weeks pregnant. @godsjoi

I totally understood your post and point of view, but I also understand why people don't post photos right away. I was that way with my daughter. It wasn't weeks or anything, but 2-3 days or so had passed. Maybe a little longer- once we were situated at home and such.

If We're being updated on doctors appointments, ultrasound pics, Babyshower pics, how you feeling, your sex life, when you go into labor, etc, why wouldn't you share pictures of your baby. Like I said, not right away but at some point in time we expect you to. If not, keep all that yourself..

That's true i use this app to discuss my pregnancy. So I don't feel the need to share too much on Facebook. All they may know is that I'm pregnant and I'm having a girl. I barely wanted to expose the sex because ppl just like to be nosy and hate. I would delete ppl but that's to petty or create a new account but I have a lot of close family members from out of town I like to keep up with. I agree with you. If ppl constantly take you through there whole pregnancy and don't show the baby when it's time that's petty AF. Lol

Yea that's understandable. I will share pics on Facebook only because I use Facebook for family and friends from school. But I also feel like if the person has the mindset to be discreet, then be discreet about the entire pregnancy. @desi720

Personally I'm not posting my child on social media for a while. I'll make an exception for this site because we are all moms and that's basically what we are here for going through things together so it's only right. But Facebook won't get any pics from me for a while. And even if I do post I won't be flooding my newsfeed with pictures of my child that most of my FB friends will never see in person. I just don't feel right about it if I haven't seen you in 5 years or more. But I will gladly send out pictures of my baby to ppl who I associate with and family who can't make it to see her right away.

Then it's like for all of that you should've kept your whole pregnancy to yourself then
