Bouncing on a big yoga ball, hopefully this helps with my dilation since I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and not even a little dilated.

@jgarciamua my doctor has already approved for me to try to self induce, I'm measuring big and if I don't dilate before my next appointment I'm going to get induce at hospital.
Are you trying to self induce? Just wait after 39 weeks. Every week counts 😊
Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️
How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
