Well your mucus plug can grow back :/ so I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you have really really bad pains

@bishop0301, oh I know that but I have been having the very painful timeable contractions for four days. its predromal labor. I don't agree with stopping nature.

I told my doc day one that I wanted a natural vbac. he and the other one I left totally disregarded that and are forcing me to be on blood pressure medication.
