what prenatal vitamins do you guys have?

It has way less iron in them, some people can't handle all the iron in prenatals. And I was one of them.

Vitafol nano. Prescription from my midwife. They're about the size of a birth control pill. Very tiny, and easy to take. I just take a dha pill with it.

I use the generic brand from Walmart and they have been great! I've noticed I have to take these with food though as of lately since becoming pregnant or I feel sick to my stomach.

Nature made with dha. I also use Vitafusion chewy with dha if im too nauseous to swallow pills.

Flintstones. prenatal vitamins make me sick
