I had it. It's gotta be in for 12 hours before they can start anything else, but those 12 hours sucked for me haha. Started giving me horrible contractions in my back all night

yes I is a string they put in to make your cervix softer it's annoying bcuz it has to stay in for 12 hrs you can't be walking around you have to stay in bed pretty much, you have to be careful when you use the restroom& make sure it doesn't come out 😑 I got 2 of those when I was getting induce

Oh boy @caydensmommy @ymoreno16 I'm barely dilated at all but in realllly hoping by some miracle that he will come on his own before that. I doubt it though. Thanks for the heads up on what to expect:)

hopefully he come out before bcuz getting induce is painful 😭 I went to the hospital at 40+5 days bcuz I had high blood pressure and they first did the gel medicine then the string then the balloon and finally my water broke at 41 weeks and 1 day

I was 41+3 weeks, I was only a fingertip dilated. But hopefully he comes on his own! Good luck!
