Have them text him for acid reflux. What your describing is exactly what my daughter would do and she had acid reflux.

I can always hear his tummy gurgling. He doesn't break out thankfully. @mommy_of4

My son would break out , his stool was coming out super dark and after he would drink the enfamil newborn I can hear his stomach making noise and he would scream and scream after I changed him to nutramigen he was so calm pooping 1-2times a day normal color and he stop breaking out

I've been reading about all the different kinds. I was breastfeeding at first and didn't think to cut out dairy so I tried formula he was fine for a couple days then was spitting up his whole bottle. He's tried regular Enfamil and Gentlease. I just tried Enfamil AR and he's still spitting up undigested milk. He always gassy and has an upset belly all the time. He gets rigid and arches his back and is very uncomfortable after every feeding and has trouble sleeping because of it. Poor baby lives on gas drops He's also fussy and has loose green stools. I just didn't know if it was in my head or if these may be signs of a milk allergy. I'll definitely talk to his doctor Friday I just didn't know what others babies experienced.

I had to put my daughter on soy formula due to having acid reflux it was the only formula that helped and didn't irritate her acid reflux.

I put my son on nutramigen it's for cow milk allergy... It's awesome after he turned 1 I started him on almond milk and soy milk
