I'm getting so scared for birth and being a new first time mommy, does anyone have anything to share about their experience with labour tips? Things to watch for? I feel like I'm going into the blue in all of this. 😩

when i was in labour popsicles, hot baths and also someone to lighten the mood it worked for me

watch a YouTube video of women in labour, you can see many dr different coping techniques if too graphic, try to get a tour of your maternity ward if they allow it.

don't blow up your cheeks when pushing. push as if you need to poop. if you blow up your cheeks you'll pop blood vessel in your face. nurses will guide you and help you.
