just had my first ultrasound, everything measured right (5 weeks and 5 days) She said she saw a fetal pole but couldn't really see a heart beat because it was so small. is this a good sign or bad?

i was supposedly 6 weeks but then doc said i might be 5 weeks about to be 6 weeks tomorrow. :/ i cant see anything either
