Tips to keep my labor progressing?? I am in labor now but decided to labor at home for a little to try and see if I could do it naturally what do you moms suggest? No castor oil or weird things I won't try them. Please help!!!!

Might sound weird but look up nipple stimulation to induce labor! It releases oxytocin which is what causes labor (:

@tiffany_sanft, thank you! I know it's been super hard but with whatever is happening and having to go in and out is just not helping. On a side note I went from a 3 to a 4 to that's a plus

@Inkedmamaof4, I think I need to walk some stairs for sure! Haven't done that one. I have my own labor ball and I've been using it but it's helped a bit

I can understand that. It's much easier said than done, to relax. But, if you get worked up, it makes it more difficult 😕 you'll do great! Don't worry, mama.

@tiffany_sanft, if I could sleep and rest I would honestly have done that instead of asking for tips but I am so miserable I'm actually on my way back to the hospital. I'm just scared of being in labor and not progressing

Honestly, rest as much as you can. You won't want to wear yourself out keeping labor up before you actually hit full blown labor.

@onemoretime, yeah I've been on that darn ball so much lol it's hard for me to get up! Walking is next I started to clean areas I've cleaned already 🙄🙄

Walk!!! And bounce lightly on an exercise ball if you have one.

AF due 29th, anyone else?
