on day 5 of leaking roof no rain down on the the 2nd floor of my apartment soaked carpets have literally had to rearrange so they could come daily and suck up the water shower is full of stuff so in order to bath I have to rearrange ac unit leaking water down an interior wall into the central most area of my apartment recently lost my job after getting hurt on the job the week before and my rent is income based so I can't withhold rent for nonrepair. I'm ready to pull my hair out. have an attorney for the work injury and for termination but what do I do about this.

contacted the environmental health office to request a health inspector to come out and view the property after the office manager's assistant asked me if anyone came out yesterday, I would think that if they are contracted to do a job for an apartment complex that the contracted repairmen should inform the office of their arrival and departure let alone if they did any repairs. they have to move me to a 3 bedroom in less than 6 months. I don't understand why she doesn't move me and then take her time to repair the problem while it's empty not while there is someone trying to live in it.
