was out in town the other day and I overheard a young girl about 15 say she couldnt wait to be a mom. her mom stared at her with those mom devil eyes. so I had to add my 2 cents in there. I said I was 22 when I had my daughter and will have my son at 23. I wake up 3+ times a night to check or feed the baby. I feed her food or drink every 2 hours. I buy her food, clothes, diapers and much more. I asked her if she had a job. she said no. I said babys are not cheap. her mom agreed. I handed her my daughter and said she pooped and needed changed asap so she dont get red, as I was handing her over I noticed it clear up her back. I also said she needs fed and handed her the baby food and spoon. I followed her into the bathroom and handed her 4 wipes and diaper cream ( I put that on). I had her change gabs clothes and bring her back out. I told the girl to find a spot and sit down. she did in the middle of the floor. my daughter was already fussy from the wait. needless to say, the girl turnes to her mom and says im sorry can i go on birth control, this is hard. the mom broke out in tears.

I dont have a problem with teen moms because that is more time u get with ur little one. I wanted my first at 15. im glad I waited. I told the girl to ginish school and get a job or go to college. neither of which I did. im glad I could help
