Had a little gush this morning... How can I tell if it's fluid or discharge??

No it was when I got up this morning... Fluid levels have been up and down but feel like a nag back and forth the hospital all the time

was u wearing a pad?? that's normally best to tell... discharge will increase tho. mine deffo has x
