I know you’ll be reading this 😏 I use both, when I’m home I use pads when I’m out in public I use tampons.. rather you use one or the other your still “sitting” in blood lol. What do you think that tampon is doing? Soaking up blood lol, so you change your tampon everytime you stick it in? Lol. What does anyone using a pad have to do with you? Yea you have an opinion but again how is that affecting you & your personal life!? I agree with @goodvibetribe, I thought this post was suppose to be educational lol.
On behalf of the BB ladies. I would like to say thank you to those who have welcomed us. As well as I'm sorry that we have flooded your feeds (we are still trying to find eachother) and causing the app to crash. Mom life mods have said you can change your settings to follow only your favorites as well as they are working on the surge crash. Us bb ladies are trying to stick in the venting and tmi group so if you are following that group it may be easier to unfollow to filter us out some. Also your mods are trying to work on making us our own group so please be patient as we are finding our way and learning the features of this app. Again thank you to all the sweet ladies who have welcomed us.

it should say on the back do not use if pregnant or nursing consult with your doctor maybe you should read the back nd do research on back pain while pregnant nd wat nd wat not to use

No it doesn't say on the back that it's not safe to use and it only says to ask a doctor before use if you have redness over the affected area. It is perfectly safe to use. @amor1028

I would recommend Biofreeze, bengay has salicylic acid which is aspirin you should try to avoid that while pregnant.
