Im going to whinge again, 15+1 and have a crappy cold, is there anything other than paracetamol i can take? Headache, runny nose, swollen throat and dry cough?

I recently suffered from a terrible cough and cold. I went to boots for cough syrup I could actually take and they recommended boots own glycerin honey &     lemon it was miracle syrup.

Oh no, paracetamol has never worked for me, always nurofen but i cant take it anymore x

I have the same so annoyed and all I can take a paracetamol nothing else I've had it for 2 days plus I have induction Saturday so I'm hoping I feel better 😢😧
