Labor pains in my back? Can they dilate you? My tummy Tightens and I filled extreme pain in my back!
Earlier I was feeling in my stomach and lower underneath my tummy now it's moved to my lower back.
I am already dilated to a one. I have had problems with endometriosis kidney stone kidney infections but I do feel my gut says its contractions. Can they dilate you or do anything Progressive wise to be in labor??

Last night I went in with contractions 3 minutes apart and I'm 1cm and 50% effaced, my contractions slowed down so they sent me home. They didn't seem concerned about me progressing any time soon

It's something where I been going off my gut feeling and even though I'm contracting they're not nearly where I believe they should be or where they will be getting I'm just having a lot more pain in my back which I've never had before. 🙂

@heavenwings, I'm with you my lower back is killing me I go in weekly for OB apts and last week I wasn't dilated at all Monday I went in again and this started all new this morning I went back in and I was at a 2 before getting released I was at a 3 now I'm laboring at home but it's all confusing to me as well

it sounds like back labor which can make you dilate

I think they make it more confusing to us because laboring and delivering are have a scheduled time and it just happens
