I went to my gynecologist for a preconception exam. They basically took my vitals, height, weight, etc. She talked to me about the prescriptions I was on and if they were safe during pregnancy or not. They did a pelvic exam because I had never had one before. Just basically making sure that I was healthy prior to conceiving. I'm really glad I did it.

so.. those are something to be ready for. honestly I hate the doctors office only because of all the technology
