How many times do you mommas drink it? *my first time trying this*

Yes. I actually do fenugreek capsules, 2 capsules 3 times a day and the tea if supply is low a few times a day. I had mastitis so my supply almost vanished so I have been doing thst and pumping and it is working so well!!! now I have enough thst I can donate the extra to mommas in need ♡

I have a pretty steady supply this time around, that's why I only drink it once a day. But @dohmommy2016 is right, I think you're supposed to drink it 3 or 4 times. I did that with my daughter and yes, it helps soooooo much. It's crazy. lol

I drink it 3 times a day. I believe package says 4 times

I just drink dark craft beer. I hate the taste of the tea 😖
