I feel like I've had a boob job over night because my milk has just come in.. Anyone got any suggestions on how to deflate them or ease them off?
P.s I'm bottle feeding...
Omg I felt the same because I only breastfed my baby no 3
Take ibuprofen for the swelling, and wear a real tight fitting bra! Do not touch them or massage them as that stimulates them even more!! It will ease of after a week, but then it does come back and you will start leaking! I even wore a tight sports bra in the shower as I was told to by my midwife! Xx
warm bath hun/warm flannel on them. or you could try expressing a bit to relieve the pressure xx
If you find anything that worlds let me know! @warrior I think it only lasted a week maybe with my first but was so uncomfortable :-/

Hey Moms,
If you named your children after your pregnancy cravings, what would their names be?? Post on the newsfeed and hashtag it #momlifegames so we can read them all 😂
Can't wait to see them all! And thanks to Bad Parenting Moments for this funny photo!

I really hate tampons. I know we need them, but I really really hate them.
Dad's FB Video!!
Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
@winterbaby95, funny you should say that. It was advised to me just yday. It's a natural remedy used in Africa too. I was told not to touch them (not that I could anyway, they hurt so much!) and prescribed co codamol for the pain.
