Just found out im pregant and having pink spotting and really bad cramps on my left side cant eat anythin even juice i throw up. The pain is so much ive been tryin sleep all day

everyone is different.... I had spotting from my 4th week up until my 8th week.....but you should definitely should call your doc....hope all is well....best wishes to you both!
