oh my god im so ill... ive been off sick for weeks now due to sickness and tiredness... i finally hit the 12 week mark thinking ill start felling more normal and bang im layed up in bed with a high temp!!! give me a break!!! 😭😭

saturday ill be 7 weeks pregnant ..im not having alot of synptoms very mild morning sickness but last week was very sick and boobs killed ...is that normal to feel the symptoms one day than the next dont?
any of you mamas have 7 or 8 week ultrasounds? ill be seeing my baby for the first time tomm. ill be 7w4d and im so excited! Really wanna know how the baby will look at this stage
