I want to try atleast, his fluids are low and I'm in the 10 the percentile I dropped super low with my levels in two weeks and there's no way my mid wife is listening to me being worried about him so if she won't do it. I'm going to try

i literally tried everything to induce myself naturally at 39 weeks, nothing worked for me and i didnt have my baby until i was medically induced at 41 weeks :/ everyone is different but usually unless the baby is ready to come nothing you do will help much... goodluck to you though i hope your baby comes soon for you :)

At 39 weeks your baby is full term and it's usually safe to begin self induction by having sex, gentle nipple stimulation, rolling on an exercise ball, doing activities that help open the pelvis and bring baby down such as walking....squats....and stair climbing. One of the biggest things is to relax. Sometimes all you need is a good bath and some candles. Once your body relaxes it can labor
