Benny my one month old has had like watery poop all day. Normal yellowish color but like watery. And has a temp of 98.6 u think he's getting sick or a fever?

for newborns up until like 4 months or so a fever is 100.4. keep an eye on it! if it goes past 100.4 call someone.

Fevers are 101 or more for babies. Watery poop or different colored poop is normal. Poop will always change up.
