I've heard you are not supposed to be submerged in water after u lose your plug! Could be any day now ur LO arrives! I lost mine and he showed up a day later! ❤️

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yes swimming is perfectly fine, as long as your water hasn't broken.
