You don't have milk you have colostrum until your milk comes in but yeah basically what they all said BF as soon as the baby pops out.

That doesn't mean you don't have milk. I first breastfed my baby about 10 minutes after she was born

They don't have to grow or leak. You BF as soon as possible after birth
