i think I just lost some of my mucas plug. i was laying down having really bad hot flashes and and started having really bad cramping and pressure again so I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was alot of mucas with little streak of blood in it. debating to call my midwife after last night or has this happened to anyone else.
