the pitocin will get the contractions going strong, they may try a stretch and sweep or try to get you to dilate using the foley bulb catheter... it's not a very comfortable experience but try to relax through it as much as you can. pay attention to the changes in your body and how you're reacting to what they are trying so they can adjust what they are doing. it is important for you to not stress cause that can cause baby to stress more too
