so my 10 month old sleeps in his crib in our room and we run a window ac unit... well he hates cloths. absolutely hates them, will try to take them off himself and all so I just let him sleep in a diaper, and usually run around the house in just his diaper. well I put him to bed last night and covered him with a blanket... and everytime I woke up I covered him back up with a blanket. we get up this morning and to me and my husband his mouth looked off color.. almost blue??!? I changed his diaper, put him in a warm footsie pajama, got him a warm milk bottle and covered his little but up with 2 blankets.. but I feel aweful. I sweat so bad when I sleep even when the ac is on.. I swear I'd have 2 going If i had 2 windows lol. I just get so dang hot. but looks like little man will start having footsie pajamas on when he goes to bed.. I honestly feel like a bad parent right now.. he is acting fine, being his usual silly self and he is functioning fine (crawling, grabbing, hitting, smiling etc) but oh its broke my heart this morning. :(

I'd consider moving his crib away from the window unit or buying the footie Jammie's where zipper sits up under the top snap( make sense) carters sells them I believe .. He's all warm now that's tall that maters 💗

@10yearslater0205, yeah that's what I have. that's what he's In now.. if I put him in regular pajamas he will have no pants in the morning... and generally no diaper because it'll make him mad I put pants on him! lol he is too smart for his own good.

I'm not surprised my son use to get his shoes off ( in a double knot with the shoelace holders with caps on them ) I never knew how he did it .. But by the time I got anywhere they were off .. Maybe just let him sleep like that and move his crib away from the air conditioning ? Especially if he won't keep his Jammie's on what about a onesie ?

@10yearslater0205, as long as the zipper is covered by the strap he won't mess with it.. but if he can get the zipper I'm screwed lol. usually those stay on just regular shirt and pants come off.. well have a shirt then he wakes up screaming because he hasn't figured it out all of the way and is stuck lol.

just move his crib or maybe dont have it so cold and get a fan from home Depot. we have a big lasko one. and it works so well. i get cold as hell so i dont want the ac so cold. got it for my husband since hes always hot. i swear this thing has the room so cold. now i enjoy it alot of the time cuz the ac hasnt been working right and i keep getting hot flashes. im actually getting one for the living room and one for my other kids room. but dnt feel like a bad mom. hopefully he will stop taking his clothes off. my now 7 yr old daughter used to do that as well.

It's still early. he is back asleep and all warmed up. and dressed! :)) @lorraine2014 yeah I'll have to make some changes because in about a week and a half I will have a newborn and they get cold much easier than most :/
