I got to a very heavy 190 at the end of my pregnancy. I'm only 5 foot 3 so this really disturbed me for a while. Almost 3 weeks PP and I'm now 162. Thank you Lord. Now I just need to lose 30 more pounds and I'll be happy. With a C section incision, I'll have to take it easy a bit longer but I can't wait.

@melina.a.613 i was in pain for a month and half. i haven't started exercising but i have been starting to jog. uh sore

Have you tried any intermediate excersise yet? Or does it still hurt to? @octobermom14

i feel you. i had a c section too. i been drinking more water and walking. my son is eight months and i been using the baby carrier to walk around the neighborhood

Doc said I have to wait a minimum of 6 weeks before I can take up light exercise. Not sure how long it takes for abdominal muscles to fully heal and be strengthened
