Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?

Ladies, opinions please. With my LB my mum came to every scan and was there every step of the way. My son's dad didn't have an issue. With this baby my mum wants to be at the scan again.
