The 'normalize breastfeeding' movement is great but TBH I was never shamed while breastfeeding. I have, however, been shamed multiple times for switiching to formula feeding and needing a c section. I think there needs to be a 'don't judge parents or tell them how to parent cause we are all just trying our best here' movement.

I will not be breastfeeding. I will not be shamed for it. And I am not going to be told breast is best every damn time I turn around.

I like the term "fed is best" that's the best motto I think!
