yea. I don't think they will let you wear it in the OR. but doesn't hurt to ask. i would be scared of it getting ruined.

Oh darn! I bought a super cute delivery dress, but I think it can only be worn for vaginal deliveries!

yea after surgery when I get cleaned up I'll change into my own clothes.

You can wear your own clothes of you want to, you don't have to wear a gown
