So I have my 6 week check up tomorrow and I'm getting on birth control as well. Getting the nexplanon (I think that's how you spell it) does anyone have it and if you do, how has it affected you??

yeah, but since the nexplanon is getting into your system and with all the changes in hormones it may be like that, but like I said then you may stop getting a period a couple months later

What?? 😳 even if your period just went off? I don't breastfeed either. Now you got me worried. Lol @johnnymommy

The first month was normal. Regular and like 6 days long but this month I was on over a week, stopped for a week and now been on for another week. I don't breastfeed but I was told it might be like that for the first 4 months then maybe no period.

I haven't had any problems with it. I've had it in since October. No periods also but that could be because I'm breastfeeding.

Do you really think the way you are raised

Do you really think the way you are raised Has no impact on when and how you decide to have sex? I read a comment on another thread that really rubbed me the wrong way. Something about how teens have sex and there's just no stopping it no matter how you raise them.
