It could mean you're ovulating or you're pregnant. I had discharge kind of like that a week before I found out I was pregnant but it was more like a glob and not sticky it was just really stretchy. Like, I could use both hands and stretch it at least 3 inches apart, it was weird. But it was clear like that. To me that looks like fertile mucus.
