My son has been wearing one for about five months now. I never take it off of him because the material that holds the beads is so thin and elastic so as soon as it gets pulled tight it breaks. It's meant to break if it's pulled tight and the beads are all individually tied so there isn't a choking hazard. I didn't notice a difference but I think it's cute LOL😂

makes me wonder if it's a placebo time thing lol. like people just 'think' they work. he wore his for a month and no change. and had 2 teeth coming in.

my daughter wears one she is almost 4 months. I take it off of her at nap time, bed time and when in the car. it has worked wonders.

As long as it's not to tight and not dangling a lot from his neck then you should be fine. My son's worn his since he was 2 months.
