Sorry if tmi has anyone got any tried and tested remedies for constipation it's making me feel so poorly today. Trying to drink lots of water, eating bits n bobs as much fruit n fibre as I can stomach but because I feel so bloated struggling to eat much. I've also been prescribed lactulose which makes me want to vomit but taking it anyway. Help anyone!?

I drink warm water with lemon and apple cider vinegar. it's been working so far. have prunes too.
lactose solution followed by glass of fresh orange allways works for me x
apple cider vineger and honey in a warm water first thing in the morning and hopefully u get a relief

A whole packet of peppermint polo sugar free will get u going lol
Peppermint tea/water works wonders for me (I have ibs so I suffer with constipation alot). If that doesn't work just lots of fibre/juice/water should do the trick eventually xxx
have you tried something like fennel tea? its a natural laxative tastes like aniseed. It's a spice and not a herb so should be safe in pregnancy x

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
