I've had this headache for two freaking days now why will it not go away🤕🤕

I was in the hospital yesterday they gave me some Tylenol and checked my blood pressure then sent me home pretty much but my dr said today if it doesn't go away with another Tylenol then to go get checked again@savysavage0
