Somebody tell me what this means. Since last night i've been having on and off mild, bearable lower abdominal pain no tightening just pain..They are lasting 20-30 secs and 5-7 mins apart. Are these contractions??? I am timing them because Im assuming they are....

Mom's that went natural no meds , was it painful? Or painful PAINFUL ? I got an epidural last time but I wanna go no meds...
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
Been sat in tears for the last 2 hours in pain 😢
I've started counting contractions for the last half n hour. They are 4 minutes apart lasting a min long but not very painful.

Sounds like the very beginning stage of contractions!
