They can get a UTI from so many things. Have you noticed him acting weird when it's time to go to the bathroom? Like does he look like he's in pain? It could be normal and be related to something he has eaten.

Dog urine smells strong especially if it's a male and especially if he isn't neutered try giving him more water but they do have some tablets u can give him at pet smart

Could be a UTI. My in-laws dog gets them constantly and the tuna smell is usually how they can tell.
