you can call and ask but they probably will say no so they are not liable if anything happens.

yes if you are going to a place...if you have your own go cart then it really is up to you.

some of them won't even let pregnant folks on the attractions ..

No. Most places won't let you because they don't want to held liable. The jerking/jarring motions aren't good while pregnant.
