Trying not to be cranky but my husband doesn't really care about how we reveal the gender. I was originally thinking a party and it's fine to not have that. It's our first baby and I want to do something cute. Showing him ideas gets me no feedback. I want it to be fun for us both but I feel like it's a chore. I guess I can get pictures done myself..... This is the first time he didn't care about something involving baby.

Tbh men generally could give two shits about stuff like this 😆 I've been married 5 years. We have 4 kids with one on the way and all he really cares is "how much does it cost". Don't take it offensively men are just different and don't usually get into the party stuff details. You tha mama tell him what you want done and I'm sure he will say "yes dear".

Thank you @halsey11. You are so right. It's different too because we carry the baby so there is a different type of connection. I'm emotional and it's silly. I need to speak up about what I want.

Try not to take it personal. Guys are weird, especially when it's the first baby. Just make sure you do what will make you happy, because that's probably what he wants the most in the end. Just tell him what's happening and he'll go along with it.

Definitely don't try to take it personal! My fiancé didn't even do the baby registry with me, I did it with my sister lol. He just doesn't care about any of that stuff. But now that we are getting close he is getting so excited but the shopping and the hospital bag packing and the gender reveal stuff he just didn't care about lol
