So I am getting induced in a week and I can't have an epidural. I need some good advice, techniques to help me get through the labor. I am a first time mom and they say it can take a long time.
What nationality am I guys getting my results tonight or tomorrow
I am so sick of... people saying "enjoy your quiet time now", or "get your sleep while you can".

Anyone else have to get the rhogam shot at 28weeks ? This will be my second time and I am dreading it because it was so painful the first time. Can they do it without poking the belly now?

sit in the bath tub as long as they let you, also hands and knees on bed will help. I had my first child with nothing and was in labor for 36 hours. change positions often@sofiasmommy

walk around and you don't have to take it laying on your back.
