I'm so ready to get me & Aidens space all set up & ready . Idk what Aidens father is doing , but I can't wait for him. I plan to have our room ready set to go by the time I start clinicals in 2 weeks . Hopefully before that . Fold his clothes . Get more clothes. Get some extra necessities that we don't have that we might need . Work on getting my food stamps back up & running . People keep jinxing me saying Aiden will come early . God forbid he doesn't , but if he does I want to be ready . 👌🏽

I've been feeling this exact same way. It's almost a panicked feeling, like if you don't do it the whole world will end. I talked to my mom about it and she says it's a natural motherly instinct called "nesting" where we just have to prepare a space or "nest" for our baby and make sure everything is perfect for them. My partner just doesn't understand it but it's something I need to do for me, and I will, no matter how early it seems. I've been making a lot of crafts for the baby to relieve that panicked feeling. Last night I came up with a way to make a diaper dispenser out of an old hoodie, so I can hang my clean diapers up on the wall instead of having them take up space on the floor or in a drawer. when did everyone have or are planning to have their babyshowers? at how many weeks/months? How many weeks were you when you set up the nursery and stroler and carseat
i feel like I should have the nursery atleast somewhat set up and set up the stroller, but then my mom says its to early. my babyshower is gunna be a gender reveal so i dont get clothes.
Where do you ladies shop to get your clothes from? I normally go to the thrift store or this consignment shop and get all of my clothes. They usually always have nice clothes in excellent condition and even new clothes. I feel like I need more dressy clothes that just makes me feel good. I normally wear comfortable clothes because I don't go out. But when we do I don't have much of anything dressy. Any suggestions?
